World University Games squad announced

Two figure skaters and five short track skaters have been selected to compete at the World University Games in Lucerne, Switzerland.

Staged every two years in a different city, the winter edition of the FISU World University Games is a celebration of international university sports and culture.

Elliot Thompson and Victoria McMahon will both feature in the figure skating.

The five speed skaters set to compete are Tanith Turner, Charlotte Hayward, Talya Kaye, Ethan Treacy and Isaac Raizada.

British Ice Skating is proud to send a team of athletes who not only compete a such a high level but are able to balance that with academic work.
