Trophy D’Ecosse Zoom Ceilidh a huge success

The Trophy D'Ecosse Zoom Ceilidh proved to be a huge success with 200 people tuning in from around the world to dance the night away.

As with so many events over the past year, the annual Trophy D'Ecosse had to be cancelled. This was a huge blow for all those who know just how enjoyable the yearly trip up to Scotland can be.

Paul Crocker, however, wasn't going to let a national lockdown stop things and proposed a virtual Ceilidh. As the evening is something highlighted in many people's calendars it's no surprise so many signed up to the online version.

It turned out to be a fantastic night and one that will be remembered by all those that logged on.

A huge thanks needs to be given on behalf of the British Ice Skating Synchro TAC group to the Trophy D’Ecosse Organising Committee for their invaluable help in organising the evening and again to Paul Crocker for the idea. And a final thanks must go to Ross for all the music, videos and enthusiasm that helped to make the the evening such a success.
