Treacy Races to New National Record (Again!)

Short Track Skater Niall Treacy broke the 1000m British record over the weekend at the ISU Short Track World Cup 3 in Beijing - a record set just two months earlier by Treacy himself!

In the 1000m Niall Treacy shaved over a second off his already record-setting time of 1:23.420 from the Skate -Tec Western Elite Circuit 1 in October.

Finishing an impressive 8th against extremely strong competition, the season is shaping up nicely for Treacy. Congratulations to him and his team for all the hard work, and to the rest of the team representing GB in Beijing - Peter Riches, Theo Collins and Jonathan Moody.
